About the founders of
Chefs Latinos Wisconsin
Both Nicolas Ramos & Erasmo Guerrero with a track record in the culinary industry and bring a unique flair to their dishes that reflect their rich cultural heritage. However, they felt that something was missing - a platform for Hispanic chefs to come together, share their experiences, and advance their culinary education.

While attending meetings at their local ACF chapter, they realized they shared a common vision: to create an organization that would not only elevate the skills of Hispanic cooks and chefs in the area but also give back to the community in a meaningful way.
Nicolas and Erasmo wanted to go beyond just education, they wanted to make a tangible impact o nt eh lives of families in need. Inspired by the idea of combining their culinary skills with a charitable cause, they came up with a plan to host gourmet dinners, where the proceeds would go toward supporting local families facing hardship.
